LibHTTP is an open source library in C to provide HTTP/HTTPS client and server connectivity including websockets support. The repository of libHTTP is stored at Github. You can either clone or fork the repository and use it in your own development environment to build the library, or download a zip or tar archive file containing the full source tree.
